Symptoms
You receive the following error message when more than 99 anonymous accounts are connected to a server running Citrix Presentation Server: "The system has reached its licensed logon limit. Please try again later"
The Event Log only shows an information message:
"Event Type: Information

Description: Application popup: Connection Error : The system has reached its licensed logon limit. Please try again later"
Cause
By default, Presentation Server only allows 99 anonymous connections. This error occurs by design.
Resolution
WARNING! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
You need to allow more than 99 anonymous connections, you must customize the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\MaxAnonymousUsers
