User Name Prefixes for Authentication
When you are configuring RADIUS for authentication, you can configure a user name prefix. If you are configuring double-source authentication and using RADIUS authentication and authorization, the primary authentication type must be RADIUS when the user name prefix is configured. You can configure the user name prefix on the Access Gateway for RADIUS and SafeWord realms. If you are upgrading to Version 4.5.6, the user name prefix is blank for realms created using earlier versions of the Access Gateway software.
To configure a user name realm
In the Access Gateway Administration Tool, on the Authentication tab, open the RADIUS or SafeWord realm.
Under Advanced Options, in User name prefix, type the prefix, and click Submit.

If the Access Gateway appliance is upgraded to version 4.5.6, and Access Gateway Advanced Edition with hotfix AAC450W001 is installed on a server in the internal network, users are prompted to install the ActiveX control each time a connection is created. Currently, the file web.config has the following at the end of the file:
<add key="SACCodebase" value="net6helper.cab#version=4,5,0,122" />
</appSettings>
</configuration>
The version number needs to be changed to the correct version and build number for 4.5.6, which is 4,5,6,111.

When an endpoint policy is created for a continuous scan, split tunneling is disabled, and there is a network policy configured to a Terminal Services server, the Secure Access Client is suspended when the process defined in the continuous scan is stopped on the client device. The user receives the error message "CITRIX SAC -VPN Suspended. A system policy error has occurred. Click here for details." The Terminal Services session stays active for a few minutes and then fails.
